Our Priorities
Operation Dvoretksyi was originally created with intentions to supply our friend’s unit in the Ukrainian Territorial Defenses. While supplying our friend remains our primary responsibility, we have had the incredible fortune to be able to expand dramatically since our creation. Operation Dvoretskyi has four main priorities:
Support our friend’s unit in the Defense Forces of Ukraine
Support others in the Cloud Native community who have been impacted by Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
Support other units, as well as impacted civilians.
Support Ukrainian-based charitable organizations.
Our Why
What would you do if this happened to you? How would you react? If someone came to your home to hurt your friends, your family, and everything that you hold dear to your heart?
We wouldn’t do a thing differently. That’s why we’re helping.
What Kinds of Supplies Does a Ukrainian Military Unit Need?
-
Vehicles
Any combat group needs substantial methods of transportation - and conventional sedans ain’t gonna cut it. Transportation vehicles like trucks, SUVs, and light armored vehicles are needed to keep our friends moving
-
Medical Supplies
Medical supplies are always in demand in any war effort. Needed medical supplies include tourniquets, chest seals, chest decompression needles, hemostatic agents, airways, and more
-
Clothing
Basic items like clean underwear and socks make all the difference during a wartime effort
-
Food and Rations
People need food to live, and military units are no different. We’re raising money for MREs (Meals Ready to Eat)
-
Communicatons
Properly encrypted communication is of vital importance during any war. Your donations will be used towards encrypted radio and communication systems
-
Drones
You may have heard in the news that drones are playing a major role in the war. Well, it’s true. We’re always raising money for more drones
Donate to Operation Dvoretskyi.
Operation Dvoretskyi is an all-volunteer-run 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. We’re not suits who sit in high-rent skyscrapers or a big multi-national organization; we’re simply a group of friends who cares about our co-worker. We’re rolling up our sleeves and getting in done in hopes that he and his unit come home safely.
